In addition, Renate Bay has worked for Intel Corp. for many years - including as Market Development Manager. ASC GmbH is an owner-managed company specializing in the development and manufacture of innovative and high-quality sensor solutions. Especially in rail transport, ASC, in cooperation with its partners, will drive the development of sustainable Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) as part of the Digitization Strategy 4.0. ASC is a member of DMG, VDB and ifV Bahntechnik e.V., in which Renate Bay was appointed to the economic advisory board.

Dr. Tobias Fischer completed his Doctoral program at the Institute for Transport and Logistics Management at the Vienna Univerity of Economics and Business in 2008. Afterwards he was Depot Leader and representative principal for renewal of the Depot at S-Bahn Berlin until 2014. From 2014 to 2017 he was Head of Maintenance and Depot Leader at S-Bahn Berlin. Since 2017, Dr. Tobias Fischer is Head of Rolling Stock Technology at Deutsche Bahn AG.

Beside the studies, university research began in 2012 on the material Lichtfaserbeton (fiber-optic concrete). With the foundation of SIUT GmbH in 2015, the commercialization of the material started. He acts as CEO at SIUT for Finance and Strategy.

Dr. Martin Werner studied civil engineering and has been working in railway construction in leading positions for more than 15 years. Since 2014, he is CTO of SPITZKE SE and responsible for technical and operational units in Germany and abroad. Prior to this, he had been the Spokesman of the management board of DB Bahnbau Gruppe as well as Managing Director of Leonhard Weiss.
