Jointly achieving industry goals

The conference is organized in coordination with Deutsche Bahn AG according to the four strategic objectives of the railway industry. The following objectives will be in focus and will guide all speeches and workshops, on both conference days.

As Airbus CIMPA we have understood that the interest for successful solutions from the aviation industry is growing. Talks are becoming more detailled and more conrete. For us it is exciting to share our aviation industry experiences with the railway industry as we see huge potentials for improvements and cost savings. The Railway Forum with its top-class lineup offers a very good opportunity for this strategic exchange. I am excited to see next years panel discussion lineup - we plan to participate also next year!
— Dr. Arne Ostermann, Head of Business Development & Consulting, Business Unit „Industry Central Europe"
I am very happy with the annual format, because it offers excellent networking opportunities and exchange with DB deciders on all levels. The special flair is provided through the integration of experts from other industries, of whom you can learn a lot because of their different viewpoints. In all my involvements as speaker, panelist and participant I took valuable insights from the conference.
— Dr. Gert Fregien, Vice President Innovation & Technology and Support Railway Operators, Knorr-Bremse - Systeme für Schienenfahrzeuge GmbH
The 2015 conference was my second time attending the Railway Forum, and I thank the team for organizing this great event. I was able to re-connect with acquaintances as well as meet new industry experts and establish interesting talks throughout the day and the evening.

The Railway Forum has developed to a proven component of our annual conference planning. As all other industry events organized by the IPM it is always a truly successful show. Several of our most relevant customer relationships originate from talks on the show. The possibility to network and exchange on a practical basis with c-level deciders makes the conference a valuable industry rendezvous place in March in Berlin.
— Markus Quicken, CEO, SupplyOn AG
It was a very exciting show for me, and I still wonder why I was the only French company attending the convention. The fact that we were all staying at the same place made it so simple. I met high level people I would have never met at Innotrans: Mr Mayer from DB or Mr Schumacher from Thyssenkrupp for example. The organisation was perfect.

We look for your innovations

Deutsche Bahn AG and IPM agreed to increase the exhibition space at the 5th RAILWAY FORUM Berlin 2017 from about 360 to over 500 square meters. Therefore, the exhibition is divided into 6 areas now, which makes it easier for Deutsche Bahn as well as all participants to specifically search for innovative solutions and services.

The participation at the Railway Forum was a very big success for CIMPA. I would like to highlight - aside of the exhiting workshops - the high quality of the participants. We have had many intense and valuable talks at our booth with deciders from various companies. The annual conference in the 1st quarter of the year has developed to one of the most important events in Germany for us throughout the year. We look forward to the next RAILWAY FORUM.
— Alexander Popkes, General Manager CIMPA GmbH, Vice President Business Unit „PLM IS“ and „Industry Central Europe“
Railway Forum Berlin - That meant very interesting innovations and solutions as well beneficial networking and knowledge exchange. Framed in a pleasant ambiance, rounded down with culinary treats. In short - a conference, that fosters the exchange amongst different interest groups to tackle future challenges together as one network of industry partners.
